课题组多年来主要从事恶性肿瘤发病机制研究,具体研究方向如下:

?蛋白质化学修饰与细胞的信号转导

?基因的转录调控与肿瘤发生

?肿瘤细胞侵袭转移发生机制

?周期节律失调与肿瘤发生发展间分子机制

先后承担国家973项目,863项目,自然科学基金等多个课题的研究工作,项目总经费1200多万元,近几年在国内外知名期刊共发表论文40余篇,包括Natrue系列期刊oncogene(肿瘤学TOP5期刊),Sci. Rep.,Cancer Letter, oncogenesis等;先后荣获国家自然科学二等奖,教育部自然科学一等奖,中华医学科技一等奖,辽宁省自然科学二等奖,辽宁省医学科技一等奖,大连市科技进步一等奖等多个奖项;组建了辽宁省“蛋白质修饰与疾病发生”重点实验室以及大连市“蛋白质修饰与肿瘤分子生物学”重点实验室。
